The Scottsdale Community College Volleyball team is rolling this year and one of their team members has picked up her 2nd ACCAC Defensive Player of the Week in the early part of the season.

Division II Defense – Brooklyn Casey – Scottsdale – Winning the honor for the second straight week, the sophomore from Peoria, AZ, who went to Liberty H.S., had a huge week on both offense and defense. On the defensive side she had 45 digs and three blocks in just two matches. Offensively she collected 30 kills and hit .278.

The Fighting Artichokes will be back on the court this Friday as they host Pima Community College at 7:00 PM.
