The Scottsdale Community College Men's Basketball team got off to a rocky start in the 1st half when facing off with Eastern Arizona. SCC shot just 38% from the field, but managed to stay within striking distance and only were down 45-40 at halftime. SCC and EAC traded baskets during the early parts of the 2nd half, but a 11-1 run sparked SCC to take a 14 point lead and they held on to win by the final score of 94-87. Scottsdale was led by Carson Kelly who finished the game with 24 points and 4 assists. Tyree Tyler came through with another double-double going for 12 points and 12 rebounds. Cameron Faas was 1 rebound shy of a double-double going for 16 points and 9 rebounds. Scottsdale is now (14-10, 8-8) on the season and will now host Pima Community College on Saturday at 4:00 PM.
