The #6 Scottsdale volleyball team fell 3-0 tonight at home to the #19 Glendale Gauchos.

The loss drops SCC to 16-3 overall and 13-3 in the conference. The loss also snapped a nine-game winning streak.

Scottsdale started quick in the opening set, but the Gauchos settled in and took a 25-22 win. Glendale continued to play well to open the second set, leading them to a 25-19 win. GCC controlled the third set 25-13.

The two teams are both sitting at 13-3 in the conference heading into the final week of the regular season. 

The Artichokes will next be in action on Wednesday, October 30 at Phoenix College. That match will begin at 7 p.m.
