The #7 Scottsdale women's soccer team continued their winning ways, downing Chandler-Gilbert 6-2 tonight at CGCC.

SCC has now won nine in a row and are 9-2-1 overall and 9-2 in the conference.

Scottsdale led the contest 2-1 at the half and after the Coyotes cut the lead to 3-2 in the second half, scored three straight to put the match away.

Elizabeth Wheeler had three goals for the second-straight match. She now has 12 goals this season. Kaslee Roskelley, Yaritza Marie Duncan and Mia Loher each had one.

Also, this past week Scottdale goalkeeper Kaydence Manning was named the ACCAC Division II Women's Goalkeeper of the Week for week 6 after her shutout of then #3 Phoenix College.

SCC will now make the trip to Dobson HS to face Gateway on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 8 p.m.
