Gauchos Take 4-1 Win Over Artichokes
The Scottsdale men's soccer team lost 4-1 to Glendale tonight at SCC.
The Artichokes fall to 3-7-1 this season.
Glendale scored in the 6th minute and went on to lead 2-0 at the half. They would add another pair in the second half. SCC got its lone goal in the 88th minute from Matthew Prior. It was his second goal of the season and second in as many games.
The match was the second time the Gauchos beat the Artichokes this season after having won 2-1 on September 3 at GCC.
Scottsdale will travel to Chandler-Gilbert Saturday, October 12 to face the Coyotes. The match will begin at 6 p.m. SCC defeated CGCC 4-2 earlier this season.
