The 16th ranked Scottsdale Community College Women's Soccer team battled to a big 2-1 win over Yavapai College. Sierra Sweeney (Emma Green) would get things started off quickly with a goal in the 2nd minute of the match and lead the Artichokes to a 1-0 lead at the half. Nicole Gianiorio (Rachel Rex) would also get on the board with a goal of her own in the 52nd minute of the second half as the Artichokes cruised to the win. Scottsdale will now host Glendale Community College on Friday at 7:00 PM for their final regular season game of the season.
