The Scottsdale Community College Women's Basketball team has been on a tear lately and they had another one of their team members earn ACCAC Player of the Week for the week of 1/1 - 1/7. 

Div. II - Malia Ukestine - Scottsdale - The sophomore from Zuni, NM, averaged 17 points and 8 rebounds in two games as the Fighting Artichokes won both against Phoenix College and Yavapai.

Scottsdale will take on #5 ranked Mesa Community College on the road today as they try to go for their 9th straight win.
