The Scottsdale Community College Women's Basketball team has now won 7 in a row with their conference win over NJCAA D1 Central Arizona College. Scottsdale and Central went back and forth all night with CAC looking to take down the Artichokes in the 3rd quarter building a 40-32 lead. Scottsdale went on an 8-0 run to tie the game and took control of the momentum from that point on. Scottsdale would go to win the contest by the score of 70-67. Scottsdale was led by Danay Williams who finished with 24 points, 10 rebounds, and the final FG for the Artichokes to give them the late game lead. Scottsdale is now (10-5, 5-4) overall on the season with their next game coming on Wednesday, January 18th when they go on the road to take on South Mountain Community College at 7:30 PM.
