The Scottsdale Community College Men's Golf team was well represented again today as Matthew Creighton (SO/Des Moines, IA) played well at the 3rd round of the Region 1 Tournament.

Creighton got off to a fantastic start scoring an eagle on the 1st hole of the Sidewinder Course at Gold Canyon Golf Resort. Creighton went on to scrammble for most of the day, but still managed to turn in an even-par 70 at the end of his round. Creighton is now tied for 4th place overall for individual scores at the tournament. The final round will be held tomorrow as Creighton will be with the last group of the day teeing off at 10:20 AM.
