The Scottsdale Community College Men's Golf team hosted their first golf tournament of the year and came home with 6th place overall.

The Fighting Artichokes are in the middle of the pack early in the conference season with their 6th place finish. Scottsdale shot a team score of 660 and were 73 shots off the 1st place team. Scottsdale was led by Rayce Mathews (FR/Page, AZ) who finished in tied for 7th place in the individual scoring with a total score of 150 (+6) over 2 rounds. Scottsdale will look to climb up the leaderboards as the ygo on the road for a tournament February 18-19 at Lone Tree Golf Club hosted by Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
