The 14th ranked Scottsdale Community College Men's Basketball team opened up their 2022-2023 campaign with a big win over Arizona Sol Post Grad. Scottsdale got hot right off the start going up 60-22 at the half. SCC would keep their foot on the gas all night long and cruise to a 121-49 win. The Fighting Artichokes were led by Tanner Poeschl who finished the night with 22 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Darian Masi had a great night shooting the ball going 7-7 from the field and chipping in 16 points and 8 rebounds. Unisa Turay was a wizard with the ball scoring 4 points and dishing out 16 assists. Scottsdale is now (1-0) on the season and will take on Benedictine University-Mesa at home on November 7th at 5:30 PM.
