The Scottsdale Community College Men's Basketball team got a nice conference win over Pima Community College by the final score of 88-81. SCC got a solid start to the game with an early lead going into the half 44-38. Pima would not go away quietly and would trade blows with SCC all 2nd half. Scottsdale would maintain and extend their lead and eventually win by the final score of 88-81. Scottsdale was led by Tyree Tyler who had a monster night of 29 points and 16 rebounds. Carson Kelly would stay solid with 16 points and 6 assists, while Isaiah Floyd would chip in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Tyler Curvey was big off the bench again coming through with 8 points of his own. This win puts Scottsdale at (15-10, 9-8) overall on the season and they currently sit in 1st place of the Region 1 Division II standings. The Artichokes will go on the road this coming Wednesday as they take on Phoenix College at 7:30 PM.
