The Scottsdale Community College Baseball team picked up a nice non-conference win today with their 11-1 win over Northeastern Junior College. Scottsdale was led today by great base running and discipline in the batters box as they managed to score 11 runs off of 4 hits and 9 walks. Bennett Eltoft, Michael Zinter, Cade Nelson, and Mike Kenney (2) all batted in the Artichokes runs on the day. The Artichokes defense was also stellar as they managed to only give up 1 run and 4 total hits on the day. Scottsdale moves to (4-0) on the season with a double-header coming up on Saturday against Park University JV starting at 10:00 AM.
