SCC Drops Close Contest to Thunderbirds
The Scottsdale Men's Basketball team dropped an 84-80 contest to Mesa today at SCC.
Scottsdale is now 10-11 overall and 6-10 in the ACCAC. The loss drops SCC back into a third-place tie with Glendale in the ACCAC Division II standings.
Mesa led by a 39-36 score at the half.
King Turner led SCC with 17 points.
The Artichokes will next be in action on Wednesday, February 14 when they host Chandler-Gilbert at 7:30 p.m. The Coyotes have won the two previous meetings this year.
