The Scottsdale Men's Basketball team dropped a hard-fought game tonight, 72-65 to Division I Eastern Arizona at SCC.  

The Artichokes came out strong and led 37-36 at the half. EAC would lead 58-43, before SCC would mount a comeback. On multiple occasions the Artichokes were able to cut the lead to 5, but would not get any closer.

Rafe Canale and Cash Scott each had 10 points.

Scottsdale falls to 9-8 overall, 5-7 in the ACCAC.  

SCC will next travel to South Mountain on Wednesday, January 31. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.  The Artichokes beat the Cougars 69-66 on a last second Thomas Hastings 3-pointer on Dec. 13 at SMCC.
