Nikkiana Kinsel led Scottsdale with 12 points, while Talia Dial finished with 10.

The loss drops Scottsdale to 7-3 overall, 3-2 in the ACCAC.

Scottsdale will next be in action on Saturday, Jan. 6 when they travel to Yuma to face Arizona Western for the only time this season. Tipoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. The Matadors swept the Artichokes in their two meetings last season.
