NJCAA Region I and ACCAC honors were announced over the weekend and the Scottsdale Volleyball program was once again well represented.

Head Coach Regina Mannix was named ACCAC Coach of the Year after guiding the Artichokes to their second consecutive conference title and undefeated regular season.

Freshman Taryn Davis was named the ACCAC Setter of the Year. The Peoria, Ariz. product was also named to the First Team ACCAC All Conference and NJCAA Region I Division II All Region Team.

Macee Lesueur, a sophomore from Snowflake, Ariz., was named to the First Team ACCAC All Conference and NJCAA Region I Division II All Region Team.

Sophomore Cayla Gaxiola earned Honorable Mention ACCAC honors. The Peoria, Ariz. native also was named to the NJCAA Region I Division II All Region Team.  

Rounding out the honorees for SCC was Peoria, Ariz. Freshman Samantha Gloria. Gloria earned Honorable Mention ACCAC honors.
