#1 Scottsdale Volleyball Cruises Past Arizona Western
The No. 1 ranked Scottsdale Volleyball program cruised past Arizona Western tonight, winning 3-0 on the campus of SCC. Arizona Western entered the match ranked No. 20 in NJCAA Division I.
The Artichokes won the first set 25-15 and the second set 25-17. Scottsdale held an 11-0 lead in the second set. SCC wrapped up the match with a 25-16 third set victory.
The win improves the Artichokes to 18-0 overall and 13-0 in the ACCAC. It was also the 37th consecutive regular season win for SCC. Scottsdale's last regular season loss occurred on Oct. 29, 2021.
The Artichokes will travel to Tucson on Friday for their final road game of the season where they will face Pima at 7 p.m. Earlier this year, SCC swept the Aztecs 25-14, 25-10, 25-15.
